SAN GILJAN, Malta, November 15, 2021 – A recent survey by has revealed that 85% of online casino players have lost their bonus winnings after misunderstanding the terms and conditions of an offer. Almost a quarter of those surveyed said they had lost out with both deposit match and no deposit bonuses.  Key insights from the survey include: The welcome offer is the most important factor when it comes to choosing which online casino to play at, with one in four (26%) picking it ahead of receiving a no deposit bonus (19%). The number of and variety of games available came in as third (17%) most important. Players find free spins to be the most attractive bonus type, with 37% preferring them to a combination of a deposit match bonus and free spins. A no deposit bonus was rated the least attractive with just under 15% of those surveyed selecting it.  Almost half of players (46%) lost out on bonus winnings as they didn’t realise there was a maximum bet limit. While 30% couldn’t complete the required wagering within the given time limit.
